Placing an Order:
All orders can be placed in person, or over the phone.
All orders require a 50% deposit before order is processed. No order is started unless deposit is received.
etransfers are accepted by V3 Seating.
All orders on standard booths can take a minimum of 3-4 weeks from the date your order is placed; special orders may take longer depending on materials in stock.
Return Policy:
* There are no refunds or returns on custom products.
If our product is damaged during shipping or installation V3 Seating’s are not responsible however if the stitching becomes loose we will fix it – like all materials wear and tear is a possibility over time.
We recommend cleaning our products with light soap and water as chemicals products may cause damage to the vinyl and fabrics.
Shipping, Pick-up, or Delivery:
All of our customers have the option to have products picked up, delivered, or have booths shipped via fright company.
Shipping – Outside Ontario- your order can be shipped to you via your choice of freight service. All orders must be paid in full before the order is shipped.
Pickup – we always recommend pickup because that way the customer can review their product and get any installation advice before taking their products
Delivery – V3 Seating works with delivery services that can deliver your order to you at an inexpensive cost.
Pick-up – all orders must be picked up within 5 business days after completion or subject to a storage fee. All orders must be paid in full before pick-up.
Installation:
All of our booths are designed to install with just a few screws – The majority of our booths come in 3- 4 pieces – seats, back and base are separate for easy transporting and installing.
